Technocraft Industries Closes Murbad Fabric Division

Technocraft Industries (India) Limited has announced the closure of its Fabric Division operations at Murbad, Maharashtra, effective July 20, 2026. This decision stems from adverse market conditions and prolonged losses incurred by the division. Consequently, the Fabric Segment will be removed from the company's standalone financial statements. The Garment business, operated by subsidiary Technocraft Fashions Limited, and the Yarn Division will continue unaffected. The Murbad Fabric Division reported a turnover of ₹125.83 Crores and a loss after depreciation of ₹2.86 Crores in FY26.
