Technopack Polymers Appoints G R Shah as Secretarial Auditor

Technopack Polymers Ltd has appointed M/S. G R Shah & Associates as its Secretarial Auditor with immediate effect, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The appointment is for the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. Mr. Gaurang Shah, the proprietor, brings extensive experience in legal, compliance, and secretarial matters.
