Tega Industries Subsidiary Wins Trade Dispute in Canada

Tega Industries Ltd announced that its indirect step-down subsidiary, Moly-Cop Canada, has received a favorable finding from the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT). The CITT ruled that the dumping and subsidizing of forged grinding media from China have not caused injury but are threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry. Consequently, anti-dumping and countervailing duties will be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency.
