Tejas Networks Subsidiary Receives Final Purchase Order of Rs. 96.42 Crores from NewSpace India Limited

Tejas Networks Ltd announced that its majority-owned subsidiary, Saankhya Labs Private Limited, has received a final purchase order of Rs. 96.42 Crores from NewSpace India Limited, a Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Department of Space, Govt. of India. The order is for the supply, installation, and commissioning of Two-way Mobile Satellite Service (MSS) Terminals (Xponders) for vessel communication and support system in marine fishing vessels for monitoring, control and surveillance. The provisional purchase order was received in December 2023 and has now been converted to a final purchase order following the acceptance of proto terminals (Xponders) and bulk production clearance by NewSpace India Limited.
