TeleCanor Global Ltd Withdraws Proposed Warrant Allottee from Preferential Issue

TeleCanor Global Ltd has updated the list of proposed warrant allottee(s) for the ongoing preferential issue due to the unavailability of certain requisite documents relating to pledging shares of Mr. Maruti Ram Praturi. The company has withdrawn the name of the proposed warrant allottee, Mr. Maruti Ram Praturi, and the consequential changes to the issue size. The objects of the preferential issue, amounts and percentages of Post Allotment of Equity Shares, and other items contained in the EGM Notice remain unchanged. This update follows the Board Meeting held on February 05, 2026 and the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting dated February 05, 2026.
