C Devasena Increases Groarc Industries Stake by 3.11%

C Devasena has disclosed an acquisition of 6,35,578 equity shares, representing 3.11% of the total share capital, in Groarc Industries India Limited. This transaction, conducted off-market on July 29, 2026, increases her total shareholding in the company to 23,36,003 shares, or 11.41% of the total equity. The acquisition was made in compliance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The total equity share capital of Groarc Industries India Limited before and after the acquisition remains ₹20,46,65,290, divided into equity shares of face value ₹10 each.
