Groarc Industries Re-appoints Independent Director for 5 Years

Groarc Industries India Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Tirukkurungudi Seshadri Srinivasan as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of 5 years, effective August 26, 2026, to August 25, 2031. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval via a Special Resolution, as Mr. Srinivasan will attain 75 years of age. The Board also approved the appointment of M/s. Rathi & Shah as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-2027 and finalized the notice and reports for the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for July 18, 2026. The Register of Members will be closed from July 12 to July 18, 2026, with July 11, 2026, set as the cut-off date for voting eligibility. E-voting facilities will be provided through the CDSL platform.
