Tenneco Clean Air India Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Q1, 2026

Tenneco Clean Air India Ltd, formerly known as Tenneco Clean Air India Private Limited, has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons. The closure is in accordance with the Code of Conduct on Prevention of Insider Trading of the company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026, and will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026. The exact date of the board meeting to approve the audited financial results will be informed to the stock exchanges in due course.
