Tenneco Clean Air India Ltd Approves Q2 and H1 Financial Results for 2025

Tenneco Clean Air India Ltd, formerly known as Tenneco Clean Air India Private Limited, announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025. The results have been subjected to a limited review by the statutory auditors, M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells. The company's revenue from operations stands at INR 12,806.42 million for Q2 and INR 25,662.63 million for H1 2025. The total income for Q2 is INR 12,927.05 million and for H1 is INR 26,091.35 million. The total expenses for Q2 are INR 21,894.91 million and for H1 are INR 41,986.29 million. The profit before tax for H1 is INR 4,196.44 million. The tax expense for H1 is INR 1,077.77 million. The profit for the period attributable to owners of the parent for H1 is INR 1,504.98 million. The total comprehensive income for the period attributable to owners of the parent for H1 is INR 1,512.05 million.
