Tera Software Ltd has announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Tuesday, September 29, 2026. The company has also submitted its Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26. The Record Date for dividend eligibility has been set as Tuesday, September 22, 2026. In compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations and the Companies Act, 2013, the AGM notice and annual report are being sent electronically to registered members. E-voting facilities, both remote and during the AGM, will be available to members. The remote e-voting period will run from September 26 to September 28, 2026.
