Tera Software Ltd Submits Annual Disclosure of Encumbrance under SEBI Regulations

Tera Software Ltd, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 31 of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, has submitted the annual disclosure of encumbrance for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The disclosure includes the details from the Promoter and Promoter Group of the company. The Promoter, Sri Tummala Gopichand, has declared that all encumbrances, if any, have been created in compliance with the regulations.
