Terraform Magnum Ltd: All resolutions passed at 44th AGM

Terraform Magnum Ltd announced that all resolutions presented at its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on September 28, 2026, were passed. The AGM took place at the company's registered office in Mumbai. Mr. Nrupang B. Dholakia of Dholakia & Associates LLP was appointed as the Scrutinizer to oversee the e-voting and ballot process.
