Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd Receives Order of Rs. 132 Crores from Joint Venture Partner

Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd has announced that M/s. Touax Texmaco Railcar Leasing Private Limited, a Joint Venture of the Company, has awarded an order worth Rs. 132 crores for the Supply of Rake of BLSS Wagon. The order comprises of BLSS Wagon and BVCM wagon and is to be executed in tranches by July, 2026. The order is a domestic one and is being executed at arm's length basis. There is no conflict of interest as Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd is one of the promoters of M/s Touax Texmaco Railcar Leasing Private Limited.
