Texmaco Rail Wins ₹26.56 Cr Order from South Central Railway

Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd has received a Letter of Acceptance worth ₹26.56 Crores (including taxes) from South Central Railway for Comprehensive Signalling and Telecommunication works, including Automatic Block Signalling & Kavach Works. This new order boosts the Infra Rail & Green Energy division's outstanding order book to ₹1,159.94 Crores (inclusive of taxes). The contract is to be executed within 12 months from the issue date of the Letter of Acceptance. The company confirmed no promoter interest or related party transaction issues.
