TGB Banquets and Hotels Ltd Appoints Mr. Prakash Shrivatsav as CFO

TGB Banquets and Hotels Ltd has appointed Mr. Prakash Shrivatsav as the Chief Financial Officer (KMP) of the company with effect from 13th February, 2026. Mr. Shrivatsav holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce and Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Gujarat University with 8 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Audit and Taxation. He has demonstrated ability in carrying out audit functions, defining audit schedules, preparing quick, accurate financial information and reports to communicate audit findings and financial data. He also possesses comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Standards, rules, regulations and Statutory compliances issued by ICAI, RBI and other autonomous bodies. The appointment was made in a Board of Directors meeting held on 13th February, 2026.
