The Board of Directors of TGIF Agribusiness Limited approved the Audited Financial Results for the Half-Year and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The Auditors' Report issued by M/s. Samir M. Shah & Associates on these results is unmodified. Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of Ms. Zalak Chokshi as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The company also reported no deviation or variation in the utilization of funds raised through its Initial Public Offer (IPO) from the objects stated in the prospectus.
