This exemption is due to the company's equity shares being listed on the SME Platform of BSE Limited, which falls under category (b) of Regulation 15(2) of the SEBI LODR Regulations. Consequently, the company is not required to submit the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.
