Thangamayil Jewellery Declares Q2 FY27 Unaudited Results; Appoints Directors

Thangamayil Jewellery Ltd announced its un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of Mr. B. Rajesh Kanna as Additional Director (Whole-Time Director) and Mr. K. Thiagarajan as Additional Director (Independent Director), both subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Kanna will continue as CFO while serving as Whole-Time Director, and his term is for 5 years. Mr. Thiagarajan, grandson of Karumuttu Thiagarajan Chettiar, also has a 5-year term.
