Trading Window Closure Announced by Thangamayil Jewellery Ltd for FY 2025-2026

Thangamayil Jewellery Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from 1st April, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code on Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the publication of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for approving the Audited Financial Results will be informed in due course.
