Anup Engg. approves FY26 results, recommends "12/share dividend

The Board of Directors of The Anup Engineering Limited met on May 28, 2026, and approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on these results. The Board also recommended a final dividend of 12 per equity share (120%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, M/s. Shap & Tannan Associates, Chartered Accountants, were appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
