Anup Engg. Q4/FY26 Results Approved; ₹12 Dividend Declared

The Board of Directors of The Anup Engineering Limited, in a meeting held on May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board also recommended a final dividend of ₹12 per equity share (120%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, M/s. Shap & Tannan Associates, Chartered Accountants, were appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. The Statutory Auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results.
