The Byke Hospitality Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results, Sets AGM Date

The Byke Hospitality Limited's Board of Directors met on August 10, 2026, to approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the draft notice for the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 26, 2026. Additionally, the draft Director's Report, Corporate Governance Report, and Management Discussion & Analysis Report for the year ended March 31, 2026, were approved. The financial results were accompanied by a limited review report from the statutory auditors.
