The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 6, 2026. The primary agenda item is to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Additionally, the meeting will address any other business with the consent of the Chair.
