Hi-Tech Gears: NCLAT Hearing on CIRP Adjourned to Oct 7

The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd has provided an update on its Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) could not hear the matter on October 5, 2026, due to time constraints and has adjourned it to October 7, 2026. Crucially, the NCLAT has continued the interim stay on the CIRP process, which was initially granted on September 3, 2024. A copy of the NCLAT's order from October 6, 2026, has been made available.
