Yamuna Syndicate Recommends ₹500 Dividend for FY26

The Board of Directors of The Yamuna Syndicate Ltd has recommended a final dividend of ₹500 per equity share of ₹100 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend payout is subject to the approval of shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and will be paid within 30 days of declaration at the AGM. The date of the AGM and record date will be announced later. The board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
