Themis Medicare Approves ₹4.6 Cr Dividend and AOA Amendment

Themis Medicare Ltd announced that its members have approved a dividend of Re. 0.50 per equity share, amounting to a total of ₹4,60,50,060 for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the company's Articles of Association (AOA) have been amended. Specifically, Article 13(1) Clause (c) was modified by deleting a condition related to valuation reports for share price determination. The amended clause now allows for share transactions for cash or other consideration without the previous valuation requirement.
