CTL Trusteeship Discloses Encumbrance on Themis Medicare Shares

CTL Trusteeship Limited, acting as debenture trustee, has disclosed an encumbrance on 2,53,17,620 equity shares of Themis Medicare Limited, representing 27.49% of the issued and paid-up share capital. This encumbrance, created by Vividhmargi Trust, is in favor of CTL Trusteeship Limited as security for debentures. The pledge was effective from June 29, 2026. The disclosure is made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The total equity share capital of Themis Medicare Limited remains unchanged at INR 9,21,00,120.
