Thermax: Final Dividend ₹14, Special Dividend ₹6

Thermax Ltd's board has recommended a final dividend of ₹14 per share and a special dividend of ₹6 per share to mark the company's 60th anniversary. The aggregate dividend of ₹20 per share is subject to shareholder approval. The record date for the dividend is July 3, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of Dr. Ravi Shankar Gopinath as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term and the appointment of Ms. Kavita Singh as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective May 25, 2026.
