Thermax Recommends Final Dividend of ₹14, Special Dividend of ₹6

Thermax Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 7, 2026, recommended a final dividend of ₹14 per share and a special dividend of ₹6 per share to mark the company's 60th anniversary. The aggregate dividend of ₹20 per equity share (1000% on face value of ₹2) for FY26 is subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The record date for the dividend is fixed as July 3, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of Dr. Ravi Shankar Gopinath as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term and the appointment of Ms. Kavita Singh as the Chief Human Resources Officer.
