Thinkink Picturez Appoints CFO and Additional Director

Thinkink Picturez Ltd has appointed Mr. Parsaniya Himen Pravinbhai as Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Bhushan Kapoor as an Additional Non-Executive Director, effective May 2nd, 2026. The board also approved the resignation of Mr. Kanhaiya Kumar Jha as CFO, effective May 1st, 2026. The appointments were made based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and board consideration. Both appointees are not related to any existing directors and are not debarred from holding office.
