Thirani Projects: Audited Financial Results Approved for FY26

Thirani Projects Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The statutory auditors, R. K. Kankaria & Co., issued an unmodified opinion on the results. The company did not declare a dividend for FY26. Mrs. Dipika Naresh Dayma was appointed as the internal auditor for FY27.
