Thomas Cook India Issues USD 4.4M Guarantee for Associate

Thomas Cook (India) Ltd has announced the issuance of a corporate guarantee amounting to USD 4.40 Million on behalf of Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging LLC, an indirect associate company. This guarantee, approved by the Sub Committee of the Board of Directors on July 23, 2026, is to facilitate a credit facility from ICICI Bank Limited for Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging LLC. The company stated that the promoter/promoter group/group companies have no interest in this transaction, and it is conducted at an arm's length basis. The guarantee is expected to help Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging LLC conduct its business smoothly, which will eventually benefit Thomas Cook (India) Limited. The company will also charge a commission on an arm's length basis for this guarantee.
