Thomas Cook (India) Ltd. has appointed Mr. Deepesh Varma as the Chief Business Officer - Foreign Exchange and designated him as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) with effect from April 1, 2026. Mr. Varma has over 26 years of experience in strategic Business Consultant roles and has been a part of the organization for over 13 years. The company also appointed Ms. Deepti Sheth as the President and Group Head - Human Resources and designated her as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) with effect from April 1, 2026. The appointments were approved at the Board Meeting held on March 20, 2026.
