Thomas Cook India to Integrate Nature Trails for Adventure Holidays and Educational Trips

Thomas Cook (India) Limited has announced its intention to integrate Nature Trails, a Sterling Holiday Resorts’ subsidiary focused on Adventure Holidays, Educational Trips and Corporate Getaways, into its domestic travel portfolio. The deal, valued at Rs 600 mn, is subject to necessary regulatory approvals. Nature Trails operates on an asset-light model and its resorts along with their experienced operating teams will integrate with uninterrupted operations into TCIL’s services portfolio. This strategic move reinforces Thomas Cook’s commitment to delivering memorable travel experiences and strengthens its presence in India’s domestic tourism sector.
