Three M Paper Boards Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the notice for the 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 29, 2026. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The board also recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Rushabh Hitendra Shah as Managing Director. National Depository Services Limited (NDSL) has been appointed as the e-voting service provider, and Hemali Shah & Associates will serve as the scrutinizer for the meeting. The cut-off date for determining voting eligibility is September 22, 2026. Additionally, Ms. Ketki D. Visariya was appointed as the Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
