Rushabh Hitendra Shah, a promoter of Three M Paper Boards Limited, has acquired 2,000 additional shares, increasing his total shareholding to 14,59,000 shares, representing 7.58% of the total share capital. The acquisition was made through an open market, inter-se transfer on July 3, 2026. Prior to this transaction, his holding was 14,57,000 shares (7.57%). The total equity share capital of the company remains at 19,23,73,600 shares.
