Thyrocare Resubmits Q1 FY27 Results in Machine-Readable Format

Thyrocare Technologies Limited has informed the exchange about the resubmission of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This action is in compliance with a request from the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) to provide the results in a machine-readable format, as per NSE circular NSE/CML/2018/02. The company had previously submitted these results on July 23, 2026, following a Board Meeting. The resubmission includes the Limited Review Reports. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP has provided a review conclusion stating that nothing has come to their attention to suggest the results are not prepared in accordance with Ind AS 34 and Listing Regulations, and do not contain material misstatements.
