
Thyrocare Sells Radiology Arm Nueclear for ₹141.4 Cr
Thyrocare Technologies Ltd announced the sale of its entire shareholding in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nueclear Healthcare Limited (NHL), to Trovera Healthcare Private Limited for approximately ₹141.4 crore. This divestment includes 1,11,11,000 equity shares, representing 100% of NHL's capital. The consideration comprises ₹59.5 crore in Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) of Trovera and ₹81.9 crore in cash, subject to adjustments. The sale, approved by the Board and subject to shareholder approval, allows Thyrocare to focus on its core pathology business. NHL will cease to be a subsidiary post-transaction. The valuation was based on a report by V. B. Desai Financial Services Limited.
