Tierra Agrotech Approves Rights Issue of Equity Shares for Rs. 4990 Crores

The Board of Directors of Tierra Agrotech Ltd held an adjourned meeting on March 12, 2024, where they approved the terms of a rights issue for fully paid-up Equity Shares. The issue aims to raise up to Rs. 4990 Crores (Rupees Forty Nine Crores Ninety lakhs) through the issuance of up to 96,94,041 Rights Equity Shares of face value 210/- each. The issue price is set at 250/- per shares, including a premium of 40/- per share. Eligible shareholders as of March 18, 2024, can apply during the rights issue period from March 28, 2024, to April 10, 2024.
