Tiger Logistics (India) Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on October 16, 2026, to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. Concurrently, the company has reminded stakeholders that the trading window for securities remains closed for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
