Tiger Logistics, a BSE-listed international logistics company, has announced its Audited Financial Results for the Q4 & FY25 period ended on 31st March 2025. The company reported a significant increase in its financial and operational performance. In Q4 FY25, Tiger Logistics achieved a revenue of ₹311,451 lakhs, reflecting a 23.5% YoY increase. The company's EBITDA grew 53.9% YoY to ₹720 lakhs, with an EBITDA margin of 6.3%. EBIT rose 51.7% YoY to ₹932 lakhs, delivering a strong 8.1% margin. PAT climbed 59.9% YoY to ₹643.6 lakhs, achieving a PAT margin of 5.6%. For the full year FY25, Tiger Logistics reported revenue of ₹353,631 lakhs, 2.2x FY24. EBITDA stood at ₹3,092 lakhs, 2.1x FY24, though the EBITDA margin slightly softened to 5.8%. EBIT reached ₹3,894 lakhs, also 2.1x FY24, with a 7.3% margin. PAT rose to ₹32,701 lakhs, 2.1x FY24, delivering a PAT margin of 5.0%. In terms of operational performance, the company handled 18,180 TEUs in Q4 FY25, up 39% YoY, and managed 68,858 TEUs in FY25, increasing 37% YoY. Air cargo volume surged 61% YoY to 1,14,248 kg in Q4 FY25 and reached 377,617 kg in FY25, up 25% YoY.
