TIL Ltd Appoints V. Singhi & Associates as Statutory Auditors for 5 Years

TIL Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. V. Singhi & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years commencing from the Financial Year 2026-27. This appointment was made by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on July 29, 2026. The firm, with nearly 50 years of experience and offices in 7 major Indian cities, is empanelled by regulatory bodies like SEBI and RBI and serves numerous listed companies across various sectors. This change follows the conclusion of the term for the erstwhile auditors, M/s. Singhi & Co.
