TIL Ltd Recommends V. Singhi & Associates as Statutory Auditors

TIL Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 28, 2026, recommended the appointment of M/s. V. Singhi & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN 311017E), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company. This appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The previous Statutory Auditors, M/s. Singhi & Co., Chartered Accountants (FRN 302049E), have completed their term of service.
