Tilak Ventures Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q4 and Annual Audited Financial Results

Tilak Ventures Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the audited financial results of the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate Relatives, as well as the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will reopen after 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results. All concerned persons are advised not to deal in securities of the company during this prohibited period. The date of the board meeting for the consideration of the audited financial results will be intimated in due course.
