Time Technoplast Ltd has acquired 97.04% stake in Power Build Batteries Private Limited through a share swap. The acquisition consideration was settled through an exchange ratio of 1 equity share of Power Build Batteries for every 7 equity shares of NED Energy Limited. The transaction is part of the scheme of amalgamation between NED Energy Limited and Power Build Batteries Private Limited, both subsidiaries of Time Technoplast.
