
Times Green Energy to Raise Up to ₹100 Cr Equity Capital
Times Green Energy (India) Ltd announced a revised board resolution approving the raising of equity capital up to ₹100 Crores through permissible modes, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved alterations to the Memorandum of Association to expand business, appointed M/s. TRAK and Associates as statutory auditors for a five-year term, and appointed Ms. Sheeza Abbas as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director and Mr. Ramakrishna Avadhanam as a Whole Time Director. The company also noted the cessation of Mr. Bhambal Ram Meena and Ms. Sripati Susheela as directors.
