Timex India Board Meeting on July 29, 2026 for Un-audited Financials

Timex Group India Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on July 29, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. In line with SEBI regulations, the company has also informed that the trading window for its shares will be closed from July 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026, inclusive. This closure is to prevent any potential insider trading during the period leading up to and immediately following the financial results disclosure.
