Spright Agro: CoC Approves CIRP Costs and RP Fees

Spright Agro Limited's first Committee of Creditors (CoC) meeting, held on October 24, 2026, resulted in the approval of several key resolutions. The CoC ratified and approved the reimbursement of expenses related to the Public Announcement for the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and other associated costs, to be included in the CIRP costs. Additionally, the remuneration of the Interim Resolution Professional was ratified and approved for inclusion in CIRP costs. A Resolution Professional was appointed, and their fees were finalized, also to be included in CIRP costs. Finally, the CoC approved a reduction in the notice period for future CoC meetings.
