Spright Agro Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Designated Persons

Spright Agro Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will remain closed from January 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the period ended on December 31, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results will be communicated later.
