Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Limited has announced its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) to discuss ordinary and special business as per the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The company is providing an e-voting facility through NSDL for members holding shares in physical or dematerialized form. Remote e-voting will be open from September 11, 2026, to September 14, 2026.
